He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer, Sr. Perkins and Uella Christian Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Hall Perkins; his children, Carrie Perkins James (Robert), Franklin Hall Perkins (Cindy), Gregg Perkins (Georgia), Lisa Perkins Denly (Dave) and Beth Perkins Ethridge (Ralph); and his brother Dennis Gene Perkins (Ann). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
