She was predeceased by : her husband Ernest C. Neal; her parents, Raymond Steelman and Cassie Gibson Steelman; her son Arthur Terry Lee Neal; and her siblings, Raymond, Robert "Bobby" Steelman and Naomi Miller.
She is survived by : her daughter Risë Neal Biggs (Kenneth); her granddaughters, Jordan Neal and Peyton Neal; and her close friend Joyce Tapscott. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
