He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Sandie Armenty Caraway; and his sister Betty Irene Caraway Moore. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Louise Hayles Caraway of McCullough, AL.; and his siblings, James H. Caraway and Patricia Caraway Renfro (Bob) of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.
