He is survived by : his wife Wanda Williams; his daughter Rhonda Williams Cooper (Robert); his granddaughters, Morgan Cooper and Taylor Cooper; and his siblings, Minnie Evelyn Lumpkin and James Russell Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
