She was predeceased by : her husband JT McIntyre; her son-in-law Junior Wilson; her sisters, Verlie Lee and Earcie Tolbert; and her parents, John Paulk and Edna Brackin Paulk.

She is survived by : her daughters, Shelby Wilson and Maxine Booth (Eddie); her granddaughters, Stephanie Sims (Shannon), Heather Hall and Meagan Smithart (Josh); her great grandchild Billie Hall; and her sister Dale Tolbert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
