She was predeceased by : her parents, Huel Billingsley and Mary Edna Billingsley. She is survived by : her husband Melvin C. Taylor; her daughters, Nancy Buckner (Dennis) of Alexander City, Paula Motes (Mac) of Birmingham and Allison Poer (Dwayne) of Birmingham; her grandchildren, Taylor Buckner (Celeste), Ramsey Buckner, Carrie Motes, Abbie Weigel (David), Taylor Grace Poer and Drew Poer; her great grandchildren, Hudson Buckner, Gibson Buckner and Mac Weigel; and her close friends, Jean Gallups and Martin Sherer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church of Sylacauga, Alabama.
