He is survived by : his wife Debbie Baty; his daughter Jennifer Davis; his brother Rickey Baty (Max Mitchell); his sister-in-law Veronica Baty; his nieces, Starla Graves (Joe), Robin Shrader and Tessica Baty (Dwight); his nephew Colby Baty (Nickie); and his brother Edward Baty.
