He is survived by : his children, Kirk Vincent Maxwell of Birmingham, AL, Brenda Kerby (Nelson) of Mentone, AL, Christopher Allen Maxwell of Belvidere, TN and Steven Matthew Maxwell (Kari) of Belvidere, TN; his grandchildren, Kristen Maxwell, Megan Miller (BJ), Amanda Patrick, Tristan Maxwell, Vlad Maxwell, Kaden Maxwell, Hunter MAxwell and Chase Maxwell; his great grandchildren, Heath, Adam, Adalyn, Huckleberry, Luke, Granger and Katlyn; and his sister Marceen Davis of Smithville.
