He was predeceased by : his parents, Haley O. Hilliard and Juanita Cupp Hilliard. He is survived by : his children, Connie Clark (Darrel), David Hilliard (Donna), Denise Carden (Dave), Adam Hilliard and Matt Hilliard; and his siblings, Randy Hilliard (Sarah), Gwen Ullery (Chuck), Jan Hadley, Carlyon Smith, John Hilliard and Marshall Hilliard. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren 14 Great-Grandchildren.
