He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Ballard Martin (Ken) and Linda Ballard Snider; his daughter-in-law Donna Ballard; his grandsons, Jason Edward Snider and Michael Wayne Ballard; and his great grandchild Joseph Snider. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
