He is survived by : his children, Valerie Brown, Mark Fletcher and Joe Lee Fletcher; and his siblings, Ernestine Millings (Edgar), Teresa Nelms (Tommy), Ruby Johnson (David), Faye Layton, Bishop Arthur Fletcher (Pam) and Charles Fletcher (Naomi). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
