She is survived by: her children, Steve Allen Knight and Kelly Ann Hughes (Robert Lee Hughes, II); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann McGowan (Christian), Robert Lee "Trey" Hughes III (Nikki) and Alex Cary (Cody); her great grandchildren, Cooper McGowan, Mikayla McGowan, Bobby Gene Hughes, Abbi Cary, Alli Cary, Aubrey Cary and Autumn Cary; and her sister Milly Dressing.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Crematory (1700 Barrington Rd, Midland City, AL 36350). A graveside service was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
