She was predeceased by: her husband Hai Van Nguyen; her parents, Van Tran and Sau Thi Tran; and her brothers, Nghien Van Tran and Nghiem Van Tran.
She is survived by: her children, Nixon Nguyen (Chen), Virginia Nguyen (Tavares) and Juli Nguyen (Michael); her grandchildren, Kisa, Tyler, Samaj, Kyson, Ally, Lyla, Vera, Scully, Luna, Evie and Kirby; her siblings, Ngan Tran (Tot), Troung Tran (Loan), Suu Tran (Khanh) and Thom Nguyen (Hung); and her sister-in-law Ngiem Tran. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Carmelite Monastery, 716 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Alabama, 36606.
