He was predeceased by : his father James Rayford Lassiter; and his son James Brandon Lassiter. He is survived by : his wife Amanda Strickland Lassiter of Braggs, AL; his mother Mary Sue Post Lassiter (Polly) of Montgomery, AL; his son Jason Garner Lassiter (Shae) of Tallassee, AL; his stepsons, John Henry Weisbecker and Michael Leo Weisbecker of Converse, TX; his grandchildren, Dylan Lassiter, Hayden Lassiter, Denver Guthrey, Tannyth Brock, Annie Brock and Piper Brock; and his brother Bart Lassiter (Liz) of Tallassee, AL.. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
