He was predeceased by : his wife Carol Purvis. He is survived by : his children, Allyson Purvis, Derek Purvis and Ben Purvis (Samantha); his siblings, Betty Miller and Donnie Purvis; and his grandchildren, Catherine, Taylor and Victoria.
