Survivors include his loving wife of 28 years, Tonya Spencer; children, Victoria 'Vicki" Conrad (C.J.) and Kristine Spencer (John Zuniga); grandchildren, Brigid "Bri", Olivia "Livi", and Astrid "Ari" Conrad and Izabela "Bela" Zuniga and Pyrce Spencer; mother, Julyette Willmann; brothers, Scott Spencer (Bridget) and Jon Spencer; and various family and friends whom loved him dearly. Rick was an adoring husband, an avid reader, and believed in the wonders of the world. He was a wonderful man who was willing to help and share, with whatever he had. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 3:00 PM -5:00 PM at Ascension Funeral Home, 1016 Hillcrest Rd, Mobile, Alabama 36695. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Saraland Animal Shelter, 104 Station Street, Saraland, Alabama 36571.
