She was predeceased by : her father Larry Roberts; and her niece Aniyah Boone. She is survived by : her mother Juanita Boone; her children, Joshua Boone of Kansas City, Missouri, Aliyah Boone of Kansas City, Missouri, Geron Boone of Kansas City, Missouri, Jody Boone of Kansas City, Missouri and Isaiah Boone of Kansas City, Missouri; her siblings, Alecia Boone of Montgomery, Alabama and Gregory Boone of Kansas City, Missouri; and her nieces, Ayannah, Ahkayla, Adrianna, Ava and Maxine Boone.

She enjoyed science, taking care of animals, watching crime shows, donating to charities such as St Jude Charity and Hospital.
