She was predeceased by: her parents, Ouida Smith Daugette and Waldon Wheeler Daugette; her son Kendall Jay; her husband Carl S. Chapman; and her brother Billy Ray Daugette.

She is survived by: her sons, Stanley Dale (Bridget) and Allen Joseph (Robyn); and her grandchildren, Heather (Shane), Drew (Ashton), Laura, Aaron (Stellina), Sarah, Scarlett, Orson, Giuliana, Ezra and Penelope.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
