He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Hillary, and Bobby Hillary, Sr.; and his siblings, Bobby Hillary, Thomas Jefferson Hillary and Cassandra Tunstall.
He is survived by: his wife Berniece Hillary; his sons, Maurice (Tina) of Mobile, Alabama. and Fredrick Hall of Mobile, Alabama.; his brother Donald Hillary (Lula) of Mobile, Alabama.; his granddaughters, Regina Mercedes and April; and his nieces, Dorothy and June Tunstall.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the New Faith Missionary Baptist Church (1808 Halls Mill Rd, Mobile, AL 36606).
