He was predeceased by: his mother Cecilia Thompson; and his brother Samuel Lee. He is survived by: his daughter Miranda Lee; his granddaughter Cheyne Lee; his father James Thompson (Betty Seigman); and his brother Leslie Lee (Michelle).
