He is survived by : his wife Brenda; his parents-in-law, Richard Preston and Juanita Anthony; his siblings, Gayle Bolton Hicks (Pete) of Evergreen and Barbara Bolton Miller (Ronnie) of El Campo, Texas.; his nephew Chad Miller (Kim); his nieces, Pam Brock (Randy) and Krista Cone (Clay); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoe, Erin, Gage and Gunter; his family, Debbie Anthony Matthews, Ray, Diane Anthony, Preston, Brittany Anthony, Morgen Anthony and Waylon Anthony; and his extended family Stephan Giesen.
