He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B Martin and Evelyn Martin; and his sister Sharon Martin. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Martin; his children, Dylan, Hannah (Andrew) and Isabella; his close friends, Pete and Wendy Nordquist; and his siblings, Marie Manning (David), Steve Martin (Valerie), Debbie Mathis (Steve), Tony Martin, Sherry Rickles (Kevin) and Chad Vice (Katherine). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
