It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennett West Niven of Montevallo, Alabama, who passed away on February 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lloyd Niven and Ellen Irene Mason Niven; and his siblings, James Walter Niven and Katie Niven Sandlin. He is survived by: his pets, Jackson and Sully; his wife Agnes Morgan Niven; his daughters, Tena Niven and Kim Niven Bryant; his sister Clara Niven Lewis (Paul); and his granddaughters, Gabby Brandenberg Knowles (Will) and Katelyn Brandenberg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
