He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Killingsworth and Mallie Horton Killingsworth; his wife Betty Jewel Partridge Killingsworth; his grandson Jacob Daniel Killingsworth; and his brothers, Buster Killingsworth and Frank Killingsworth (Lela).

He is survived by: his children, Debbie Jo Killingsworth (Mark Owings) and Charles "Chuck" Killingsworth (Janet); and his grandchildren, Stacy and Jamie. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
