It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Thomas Smith Jr. (Montevallo, Alabama), who passed away on November 19, 2019, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughter Gracie Mae Smith; his mother Judy Smith; his sisters, Betty Dudley (Kevin) and Danna McDaniel (Justin); his nephews, Jonathan Dudley, Jr. (Alyssa), Thomas Dudley (Ashley) and Joshua Dudley (Lauren); his daughter Danielle Marie Smith; and his stepdaughters, Daisy Pearson, Katie Pearson and Dawn Pearson. He is also survived by four great nephews; one great niece.
