It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Ray Jefferson (Montevallo, Alabama), who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Rosa Ella Jefferson (Taylor); his siblings, Isabell Tombrello, Cecil W. Jefferson, Bill L. Jefferson, C. Bobbie Jefferson and G. Neil Jefferson; and his son-in-law William Brumley.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Jefferson; his brother Horace T. Jefferson; his children, Karen Denise Brumley, Debra Kay Miller (Michael) and John David Jefferson (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jefferey, Matthew Brumley, Jeremiah, Timothy, Benjamin Miller and Jessica Jefferson; and his great grandchildren, David, Sean, Tyler, John Brumley, Chanel, Enzo Ray Miller and Michael Miller.
