She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Frost and Elizabeth Frost; her husband Paul C. Smith; and her siblings, E. G. Frost (Jean) and Amelia Lum (James "Tuck").

She is survived by: her sister Julia Wilson (Hal); her aunt Zemma Sproul; and her sibling's children, Nena Sanders (Tom), James Frost (Jeanise), George Lum (Angie), Elizabeth Richardson (Rusty), Phillip Wilson, Karen Caton (Kevin) and William Wilson (Ricketta).

The family requests any memorial donations be directed to Spring Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 3411 Spring Creek Road, Montevallo, AL 35115.
