She is survived by: her husband Jack Foman; her son Wendell Foman; her parents, Lester P. and Myrtle Green; her children, Steve Foman (Pam), Randy Foman and Jean (Wayne); her daughter-in-law Marty Foman; her grandchildren, Charles, Kevin (Sarah), Johnathan (Valerie), Ashley (Aaron), Phillip (Maddie), Leigh (Jeff), Heather and Grace (Zane); her great grandchildren, Ian, Austin, Riley, Preston, Elliot, Sabriel, Shawna, Hunter, Tre and Jackson; and also Teresa (Preston).
