He is survived by: his children, Donna Burks, Sherry Gardner (Mike), Gina Horton (Eddie), Zachary Burks (Rachel) and Kaleb Burks (Jennifer); and his siblings, Marion Burks Keith, Wayne Burks, Steven Burks and Elishia Foster Kaley.
