He is survived by: his children, Angie Edwards (Jeff), Robin Bush (Greg), Charlotte Leatherwood (Mark) and Michael Johnson; his grandchildren, Candace Huey, Jacob Edwards (Kristin), Courtney Sumrall (Blayne), Zachary Bush (Keyla), Nathan Bush (Catherine), Kayla Lawley (C. D.), Tyler Bush, Miranda Johnson, Anthony Johnson and Morgan Johnson; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Huey, Holdyn Huey, Layla Edwards, Bryson Sumrall, Kayden Bush and Ryan Bush; and his sisters, Lula Glass, Elizabeth Mims and Betty Sue Wells. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
