He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Anne Carlisle and Gary Max Carlisle Sr. (Robyn); his wife Johnnie Ann Carlisle; his children, Kristin Wyatt (Brack), Patrick Carlisle (Autumn) and Jaclyn Curl (Brody); his grandchildren, Makana Wyatt, Madelyn Carlisle, Colin Wyatt, Matthew Carlisle and Macon Carlisle; and his sisters, Adele Brown (Dale) and Trisha Dunckley (Tommy).
