He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Bernard Lacey and Antonio Smith (Dana); his father Jimmy Lee Edwards, Sr.; his brother Rodney Glenn Brown (Connie); his mother Para Leed Edwards; his sister Dorothy E. Brown; his wife Gwendolyn Edwards; his grandson Bryson Bernard Lacey; and his siblings, Stella Johnson (Hugh), Jimmy Lee Edwards, Jr. (Linda), Cora Alexander (Wilbert), MacArthur Edwards (Dorothy), Connie Brown, Denise Adams (Jeffery) and Ricky Powell. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
