He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fredrick Kromer and Nellie Jane Kromer; his brothers, Thomas Fredrick Kromer, Charles Wayne Kromer and Ronald Keith Kromer; and his son-in-law Waymon Charles Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kromer; his children, Edward Dean Kromer (Angie), Lisa Ann Kromer and Belinda Kay Butler (Willie Lee Lawley); his grandchildren, Justin Butler, Samuel Kromer, Tyler Kromer, Blake Stone, Nicholas Boyd, Jessica Butler, Jennifer Butler and Samantha Kromer; and his sister Diann Kromer. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
