He was predeceased by: his parents, George Curtis Stracner and Mildred Lee White Stracner; and his daughter Kathy Stracner Jackson. He is survived by: his significant other Martha McCarty Stracner; his children, Jan Stracner Hines (Mark), Beth Stracner and Doug Stracner (Marla); his brother Richard Stracner (Jeanette); his grandchildren, Laura (Nathan), Diana (Joel), Peter Ryan, Rachel (Jacob), Andrew, Jack, Kate and Ben; his stepgrandchildren, Nic, Michael and Rebecca; and his great grandchild Sophia.
