He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Marie Killingsworth; and his brother Randall Killingsworth. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lee; his children, Jimmy Lamar Killingsworth, Jr., Rachel Elledge and Cody Killingsworth (Jurnee); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Aaron, Paisley, Kole and Hunter; and his siblings, Roy Lee Killingsworth (Julie), Susie Knowles (Paul) and Kimberly Adamson (Randall). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
