She is survived by: her son Jeffrey L. O'Neal (Michelle); her grandchildren, Amy Stephens Berry (Pretntis), Brian Stephens, Alexa O'Neal, Sidnie O'Neal and Parker O'Neal; her great grandchild Wyatt Berry; and her siblings, William Stark and Janis Stark. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
