He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Northcutt, Sr. and Ada Melvina Burnett Northcutt; and his siblings, John Thomas Northcutt, Jr., Clyde Northcutt, James Northcutt, Cecil Northcutt, Effie May Day and Marie Killingsworth.

He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Northcutt; his sons, Keith Northcutt, Heath Northcutt and Dewey Northcutt; his grandchildren, Chase Northcutt, Cody Northcutt, Amber Northcutt, Destiny Northcutt and D. J. Northcutt; and his sisters, Lynn Bush and Sue Cox.
