He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludie Elizabeth Bowman and Lloyd Williams Sr.; his sisters, Infant Williams' and Sybil Williams; and his half-sister Pauline Bell.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his daughter Theressa Baumann; his son-in-law Kenneth Baumann; and his grandchildren, Austin Callahan and Addison Baumann.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints: Humanitarian Aid or to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
