She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Goodwin; her son Christopher Ray McKinney; and her parents, Edward McKinney and Mary Nell McKinney. She is survived by: her children, Mary Boice of Prattville, Brenda Reed (Johnny) of Prattville, Ricky Kent of Prattville and Ann Mitchell (Timmy) of Prattville. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; 21 Great-Grandchildren; 7 brothers; and 2 sisters.
