He was predeceased by: his mother Lucie J. Hussfeld Levanduski; his uncles, Peter Hussfeld and Ernst Henckel; and his aunt Inga Henckel. He is survived by: his wife Rose Levanduski; his children, Roger Levanduski (Jennifer), Craig Levanduski (Melissa), Kristin Ortolani and Steve Levanduski; his father Francis Levanduski (Christel); and his grandchildren, Tyler Levanduski, Brayden Levanduski, Blake Levanduski, Katelyn Ortolani and Elisa Ortolani.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michael's memory may be made to American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association.
