He is survived by: his children, Annette Lewis and Randall Holsomback (Amanda); his grandchildren, Tyler Holsomback, Jacob Holsomback, Haleigh Holsomback, Cody Lewis, Breanna Holsomback and Madison Holsomback; and his siblings, Jackie and Larry Holsomback.
