He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Butera and Rosa Butera. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Butera (Baldwin); his children, Andrew Butera and Christina Newell (David); his granddaughter Brailey Butera; and his sisters, Teresa, Regina, Rosina Wolfe (Tom) and Cathy Sarris (Vincent). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Judes Hospital.
