He is survived by: his wife Beckie Hamrick; his children, Brett, Dalton and Claudia; his father Gene Polk; his parents-in-law, Debra Thompson (Bobby) and Kenneth Cohron; his siblings, Mickey Hamrick and Connie Rominger (Michael); his siblings-in-law, Laura Hamrick, Jenni Cohron and Joey Cohron (Tiffany); his nieces and nephews, Chase, Katie, Elizabeth, Lacey and Bailey; and his cousin Angel Lamar (Brian). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
