He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lee and Maye Ricks (Pitts); his wife Ann; his children, Heather Ricks and Stephen Ricks; and his brother Charlie Ricks. He is also survived by many sisters/brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to the homeless ministry at his church where he enjoyed volunteering his time.
