He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian "Ike" and Willene Blanks Eisenzimmer. He is survived by: his brother Mike Eisenzimmer (Sheila Locker); his sibling's children, Sarah Mims Moran (Matt), Julie Eisenzimmer Harper (Michael) and Michael Patrick Eisenzimmer; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Seth, Alice Moran, Carter Black, Jordan and Kendall Harper; and his cousins, Mitch, Renee Nelson, Amy and Presley Blanks.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Alan's memory to The ARC of Madison County McKemy Center or to the Willowbrook Baptist Church Building Fund.
