He is survived by: his wife Kathy Coleman; his daughters, Tiffany Slavin and Leisa Lee (Brian); his stepson Ashley Reeves; his grandsons, Jett Slavin and Rhys Slavin; his stepgrandchildren, Jordan Colley, Jacob Reeves, Luke Reeves and Logan Reeves; and his siblings, Joanne Shum (Ron), Rhonda Thomason (Pat), Dottie Smith (Charles), Sharon Connell (Jim) and David Coleman (Kim).
