He is survived by: his wife Faye Middleton; his children, Robbin Middleton (Pam), Rocky Middleton (Heather) and Rodney Middleton (Toni); his grandchildren, Lucas Middleton (Alisa), Charlie Dismukes, Benjamin Dismukes, Christopher Middleton (Tabi), Ashley Dismukes, Cody Middleton, Maxwell Middleton, Kerri Middleton, Autumn Middleton, Lexi Middleton, Kiran Middleton and Rocky Middleton, Jr.; and his sisters, Annie Clyde Ivey, Mary Folds (Jimmy) and Peggy Cardenas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
