She was predeceased by: her parents, Dell Nelson and Alfred G. Nelson; her husband Lyle G. Swanton of Monroe; her son Ricky R. Swanton; her grandson Chandler Cole Ellis; and her sister Judith Jakabenas.
She is survived by: her children, Randy R. Swanton (Loralee) and Rebecca S. Ellis (Mike Ellis); her grandchildren, Aaron Swanton, Trent Swanton, Clay Swanton, Haden E. Brogdon (Beau), Emma Ellis, Kerry Mcginnis (Lucinda) and Mandy Corbin (John); her daughter-in-law Donna Swanton; her niece Marcy J. Robl; her sister-in-law Vera Aebly (Bob); and her nieces, Sharon A. Crase (George), Mary Smoke and Veleair Edwards.
