She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Williams and Vera Loraine Mitchell Williams; her husband Elton E. Collins; and her siblings, Clara Mascarella, Louise Roberts, Carol Clark, Cecil Williams and Charles Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Carrigan (Denis), Tommy Coates, Vera Lohiser (Ken), Gwen Jatko (Allen), Eugene Skinner, Darline Skinner and William Skinner (Kim); her brother James Williams (Dotty); and her close friend Kathi Locke. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirty-six great-great grandchildren.
