Tillotson; his brother Timothy Paul Smallwood (Susan); his stepbrother Jimmy Baker; his sister Wilma Ann (Robert) of Washington; and his stepsisters, Jenny Holladay (Steven) and Angela Broadus (Dustin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
